针刀结合三维定位平衡整脊手法治疗颈性眩晕的疗效及对患者椎动脉血流动力学的影响

目的:探究颈性眩晕患者行针刀结合三维定位平衡整脊治疗的效果及对椎动脉血流动力学的影响。方法:选取2016年5月—2018年11月本院诊治的颈性眩晕患者98例,按随机数表法分两组,各49例。对照组行常规针刀松解治疗,研究组行针刀结合三维定位平衡整脊手法治疗,均治疗3个疗程。观察两组椎动脉血流动力学(Vp、Vd、Vm)、症状及功能评分(ESCV)、临床疗效、安全性。结果:治疗后两组血流动力学水平、ESCV评分均提高,且研究组的效果要优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率97.96%(48/49),高于对照组79.59%(39/49)(P<0.05)。两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论:针刀结合三维定位平衡整脊手法治疗颈性眩晕可显著改善椎动脉血流动力学水平、临床症状及功能,提高治疗效果,且安全可靠。

Effect of Acupotomy Combined with Spine Manipulation of Three-Dimensional Positioning Balance in Treating Cervical Vertigo and Its Influence to Hemodynamics of Vertebral Artery

Objective:To investigate the effect of acupotomy combined with spine manipulation of three-dimensional positioning balance on vertebral hemodynamics in the treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods:98 patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into the control group(n=49)and the study group(n=49).The control group was treated with conventional acupotomy;on which basis,the study group was also treated with spine manipulation of three-dimensional positioning balance.All treatments were treated for 3 courses.The hemodynamics(Vp,Vd,Vm),symptom and functional score(ESCV),clinical efficacy and safety of vertebral artery were observed in the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the hemodynamic levels and ESCV scores were improved in the two groups;of which,the improvements in the study group were more significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 97.96%in the study group,which was significantly higher than 79.59%in the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion:Acupotomy combined with spine manipulation of three-dimensional positioning balance can significantly improve the vertebral artery hemodynamics and clinical symptoms,increase the total effective rate in treating cervical vertigo.The therapy is safe and reliable.
