眼针联合电针对急性脑梗死后偏瘫患者神经功能缺损及t-PA、PAI-1、D-D水平影响

目的:研究眼针联合电针对急性脑梗死后偏瘫患者神经功能缺损及t-PA、PAI-1、D-D水平影响。方法:选取我院收治的急性脑梗死后偏瘫患者94例,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各47例。对照组给予电针疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上给予眼针疗法,对比两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、Barthel指数评分和NIHSS评分、SF-36量表评分和t-PA、PAI-1、D-D水平。结果:经过治疗后,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者PAI-1、D-D水平均显著降低,t-PA水平显著升高(P<0.05),并且治疗组改善程度较大(P<0.05);两组患者Barthel指数评分显著升高,NIHSS评分显著降低(P<0.05),并且治疗组改善程度较大(P<0.05);两组患者SF-36量表评分均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),并且治疗组升高程度较大(P<0.05)。结论:采用眼针联合电针治疗急性脑梗死后偏瘫取得较好的治疗效果,能够改善患者神经功能和血液流变学指标,安全性较高,值得在临床上推广应用。

Effect of Eye Acupuncture Combined with Electro-Acupuncture on Neurological Deficits and Levels of t-PA,PAI-1 and D-D in Patients with Hemiplegia after Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To study the effects of eye acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture on neurological deficits and the levels of t-PA,PAI-1 and D-D levels in patients with hemiplegia after acute cerebral infarction.Methods:94 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group(n=47)and the treatment group(n=47).The control group was treated with electro-acupuncture;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with eye acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,the scores of Barthel index,NIHSS and SF-36 scale,as well as the levels of t-PA,PAI-1 and D-D were observed and compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of PAI-1 and D-D were significantly decreased and t-PA level was significantly increased in both groups after the treatment(P<0.05);the improvement degrees of the treatment group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05).Barthel index score was significantly increased and NIHSS score was significantly decreased in the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05);of which the treatment group improved more(P<0.05).The scores of SF-36 scale were significantly increased in the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05),the increase was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Eye acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture can achieve a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of hemiplegia after acute cerebral infarction.The therapy can improve the patient's neurological function and hemorheology indicators with high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
