| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤（GIST）的临床与内镜特点,以提高术前诊断水平。方法回顾性分析近5年来经手术和病理证实的11例GIST病例的资料。结果本组病例目前死亡2例,手术时已经多处广泛转移,无法切除。9例根治性手术患者随访,仍存活,其中6例复查胃镜未见复发。结论GIST主要发生在胃和小肠,发病部位与性别、年龄无关。早期诊断并行根治性手术是改善预后的关键,而早期诊断的主要手段是内镜检查结合影像学检查和病理诊断。 |
