理气健脾和胃治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫30例临床观察

目的:观察理气健脾和胃法治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的效果。方法:将60例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例。两组均保持原饮食控制及降糖药或注射胰岛素控制血糖。治疗组予理气健脾和胃法辨证加吗丁啉治疗,对照组予吗丁啉10mg,每日3次,疗程均为4周。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.3%,对照组总有效率70.0%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),两组间具有显著性差异。结论:理气健脾和胃法对改善糖尿病胃轻瘫患者的消化不良症状,促进胃排空有明显的效果。
