输尿管镜气压弹道碎石手术并发症分析

目的探讨输尿管镜手术常见并发注的原因及防治措施。方法对250例输尿管镜手术中出现并发症的24例患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果术中输尿管开口损伤、假道形成3例，输尿管穿孔4例（其中合并麻痹性肠梗阻1例），输尿管下段黏膜袖状剥离1例，肾绞痛14例，感染高热2例。结论熟练的手术操作是减少输尿管镜手术并发症的关键，成功留置双J管内引流及抗生素的合理应用是预防和处理手术并发症的重要措施。

Clinical analysis of complications in ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy

Objective To explore the regular complications of ureteroscopic operations and summarize the precautionary measures. Method The clinical data of 24 cases with complications out of 250 cases of ureteroscopic operations were retrospectively analyzed. Result Complications were observed including 3 cases of uretal portal damnification and synthetic approach,4 cases of ureter perforation(one case combined with adynamic ileus),1 case of mucosal denudations of the inferior segment ureter,14 cases of renal angina and 2 cases of infection with fever heat. Conclusion The key to decrease ureteroscopic complications is experenced operation. Placing D-J tubes to drain successfully and properly application of antibiotics are important precautionary measures.
