得宝松局部注射联合复方甘草酸苷治疗斑秃疗效观察

目的：观察得宝松局部注射联合复方甘草酸苷治疗斑秃的疗效。方法：将180例患者随机分为三组：治疗组：60例,采用得宝松局部注射联合复方甘草酸苷口服;对照一组：60例,单独得宝松局部注射;对照二组：60例,仅复方甘草酸苷口服。结果：治疗组痊愈率65%,有效率90%;对照一组痊愈率38.33%,有效率68.33%;对照二组痊愈率33.33%,有效率61.67%;治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有显著性。结论：得宝松局部注射联合复方甘草酸苷治疗斑秃疗效确切,优于单独用得宝松局部注射和单独用复方甘草酸苷口服。

Diprospan local injection of Compound Glycyrrhizin treatment of alopecia areata Efficacy

Objective To observe the local injection of Diprospan glycyrrhizin treatment of Alopecia.Methods 180 patients were randomly divided into three groups,treatment group,60 patients were treated with local injection of Diprospan glycyrrhizin oral;control a group of 60 cases,local injection of Diprospan alone;60 cases in control group 2,only the oral administration of glycyrrhizin.Results Treatment group were 65%,90% efficiency;control a group cure rate of 38.33%,efficiency 68.33%;control group 2 recovery rate was 33.33%,efficiency 61.67%;the treatment group than the control group,the difference was significant.Conclusion Local injection of diprospan glycyrrhizin treatment of alopecia areata with more effective than single local injection of Diprospan and a separate oral administration of Compound Glycyrrhizin and effective.
