| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨吡格列酮联合克罗米芬治疗有胰岛素抵抗的多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法：选取我院在2011年10月至2012年10月收治的具有胰岛素抵抗的多囊卵巢综合征患者80例，随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例，对照组患者采用吡格列酮单独用药治疗，治疗组采用克罗米芬、吡格列酮联合用药治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效以及治疗前后激素水平。结果：治疗3个月后，治疗组总有效率（95％）明显高于对照组总有效率（90％），两组间比较差异显著具有统计学意义（ X2＝4．1142，P＜0．05）；治疗后两组FSH、LH、T、FINS水平均较治疗前明显降低，差异比较极显著（t＝2．8107，P＜0．01；t＝6．0965，P＜0．01；t＝18．5510，P＜0．01；t＝8．1710，P＜0．01），具有统计学意义；治疗组治疗后FSH、LH、T、FINS水平明显低于对照组，差异比较显著具有统计学意义（ t＝1．9873，P＜0．05；t＝2．8220， P＜0．05；t＝2．3198，P＜0．05；t＝1．9794，P＜0．05）；此外，两组的不良反应发生率分别为2．5％、7．5％，差异不显著（ P＞0．05）。结论：吡格列酮联合克罗米芬治疗有胰岛素抵抗的多囊卵巢综合征临床疗效明显，并能改善激素水平，值得推广应用。

The Effect of Pioglitazone Combined Clomiphene on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome with Insulin Resistance |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the effect of pioglitazone combined with clomiphene in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）with insulin resistance.Method： 80 patients with polycystic ovary syn-drome（PCOS）with insulin resistance in our hospital from Oct .2011 to Oct.2012, were divided into control group and treatment group randomly , The patients in control group were given pioglitazone treatment , the treatment group with pioglitazone combined with clomiphene therapy;And then the clinical efficacy and ser-um level of hormone were compared before and after treatment .Result： Three months after treatment , The total effective rate in treatment group （ 95%） was superior to that in control group （ 90%） ,There＆#39;s statistical significance （X2=4.1142,P ＆lt;0.05）, The serum level of FSH,LH,T,FINS decreased in both groups after treatment, There＆#39;s statistical significant difference , （t=2.8107,P＆lt;0.01;t=6.0965,P＆lt;0.01;t=18.5510,P＆lt;0.01;t=8.1710,P＆lt;0.01） .The serum level of FSH ,LH,T,FINS in the treatment group decreased more obvi-ously,There＆#39;sstatistical significance （t=1.9873,P＆lt;0.05;t=2.8220,P＆lt;0.05;t=2.3198,P＆lt;0.05;t=1.9794, P＆lt;0.05）;There＆#39;s in significance in side effect rate in both groups （2.5%,7.5%）, （P ＆gt;0.05）.Conclusion：It＆#39;s effective to treat polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance with pioglitazone and clomiphene , im-prove serum level of hormone , It＆#39;s worth applying . |
