摘 要: | 目的:研究全脑同期推量调强放疗(SimuLtaneous modulated radiotherapy,SMR)对脑多发性转移癌(MuLtiplecerebralmetastaticcarcinoma,MCMC)患者疗效及预后情况。方法:选取我院2010年7月至2013年7月,收治的80例MCMC病患作为观察对象。以数字法随机分成两组。观察组实施全脑SMR,对照组实施常规全脑放疗。对比两组疗效以及预后情况。结果:观察组RR为72.50%(29/40),较对照组的47.50%(19/40)明显高。差异均具有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。两组病患全部顺利完成治疗,未见Ⅲ级以上NS反应以及2度以上骨髓抑制。观察组恶心、呕吐为0.93±0.15,白细胞降低为1.32±0.21,血小板下降为0.76±0.11,贫血为1.32±0.24,较对照组的1.01±0.12,1.44±0.22,0.82±0.12,1.44±0.25明显更低。结论:全脑SMR治疗MCMC,疗效显著。毒副反应患者可耐受,安全可行,值得推荐。

Curative Effect and Prognosis of whole Brain Simultaneous Modulated Radiotherapy for Patients with Multiple Cerebral Metastatic Carcinoma |

Abstract: | Objective: To study the curative effect and prognosis of whole brain simultaneous modulated radiotherapy (SMR ) for multiple cerebral metastatic carcinoma ( MCMC ) patients. Method: The total of 80 MCMC patients in our hospital from July 2010 to July 2013 were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group received whole brain SMR; the control group received routine whole brain radiotherapy, compared the curative effect and prognosis of two groups. Result: The total effective rate in observation group [ 72.50% {29/40} ] was higher than the control group [47.50% { 19/40) ]. The differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ). Patients of two groups all successfully completed treatment had no neurotoxic reactions above grade III and 2 degrees of bone marrow suppression. The observation group ' s nausea, vomiting [0.93 ± 0.15], decreased white blood cells [1.32 ± 0.21], thrornbocytopenia [0.76 ± 0.11] , anemia [1. 32 ±0.24], were lower than the control group's [1.01 ± 0.12, 1.44 ± 0.22, 0.82 ± 0.12, 1.44 ±0.25]. The differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Whole brain SMR desirable has a good effect on MCMC patients, Toxicity is acceptable. It is worthy of recommendation. |
