肋骨骨折切开复位内固定术在重症胸外伤治疗中的研究与应用

目的：研究肋骨骨折切开复位内固定术在治疗重症胸外伤中的临床治疗效果。方法：回顾性总结我院2013年1月至2013年12月期间，采用切开复位内固定治疗重症胸外伤、多发肋骨骨折患者42例（手术组），与同时期多发肋骨骨折患者保守治疗64例（对照组），进行对照分析，观察治疗效果，总结治疗经验。结果：手术组在术后相同时间段疼痛指数评分、镇痛药物用量、住院天数明显低于对照组（P＜0．01），两组有显著差异；手术组肺部并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0．05）两组有差异。结论：肋骨骨折切开复位内固定术在治疗重症胸外伤、多发肋骨骨折效果优于保守治疗，具有较高临床应用价值。

Rib Fracture Open Reduction and Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Patients with Severe Thoracic Injury

Objective：To study the effect of rib fracture open reduction and internal fixation .Method：42 patients treated with the rib fracture open reduction and internal fixation were analyzed retrospectively from Jan.2013 to Dec.2013 in our hospital.Result： The operation group was significantly lower than the control group in the foregoing aspects except the incidence rate of pulmonary complications （P〈0.01）.The incidence rate of pulmonary complications of the operative group was lower than the control group （ P〈0.05） . Conclusion：The internal fixation can be the first choice for patients suffering from multiple fractures of the rib.It can fix and reset the fractures very well .It also can relieve pain effectively and reduce the incidence rate of complications.At the same time, the patients can make a quicker recovery .
