微螺钉种植体支抗在口腔正畸中的临床应用价值

目的：分析微螺钉种植体支抗在口腔正畸中的临床应用价值。方法：选取在我院接受口腔正畸的患者180例，将他们分为实验组和对照组，实验组患者采取微螺钉种植体支抗技术，对照组患者采取一般正畸支抗技术，一段时间后对比观察两组患者的临床疗效和并发症情况。结果：经过治疗后，实验组患者并发症发生率（6．67％）明显低于对照组（35．56％），实验组患者总有效率（94．44％）明显高于对照组（66．67％），具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论：微螺钉种植体支抗价格低廉、操作简便、对患者的损伤小，应用于口腔正畸中的效果显著，值得在临床中推广。

The Value of Micro-screw Implant Anchorage in Orthodontic

Objective：To analyze the clinical application value of micro-screw implant anchorage in or-thodontics .Method：Selected 180 orthodontics patients treated in our hospital , divided them into experimen-tal group and control group , the experimental group was treated by micro-screw implant anchorage technolo-gy, the control group was treated by general orthodontic anchorage technology ,compared the clinical effect and complications of the two groups after treatment for sometime .Result： The complication rate of experi-mental group （6.67%） was significantly lower than control group （35.56%） after treatment,and the total ef-fective rate of experimental group （ 94.44%） was significantly higher than control group （ 66.67%） , it has statistical significance （ P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Micro-screw implant anchorage possess the merits of low price, easy operation, small damage to the patients , the effect in orthodontics is significant , it’ s worthy of been popularized in clinic .
