微创锥孔引流与常规钻孔引流治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的临床疗效对照分析

分析探讨微创及常规引流法在慢性硬膜下血肿治疗中的疗效差异。方法：以我院收治的92例慢性硬膜下血肿病患为研究对象，依计算器随机数法随机分为对照组和治疗组，前者选用钻孔引流法，后者应用微创锥孔引流法。从CT及病患症状和体征恢复情况判断血肿消除程度。结果：在腔内积液方面，治疗组术后积液低于对照组；颅内积气方面，治疗组术显著少于对照组；在疗效方面，治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组，这几方面上两组差异均具统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。另外，治疗组引流时间少于单孔组，但不具统计学差异（ P＞0．05）。结论：相较于对照组的常规钻孔引流法，治疗组诊治慢性硬膜下血肿效果佳、起效快、安全性好，可考虑作为首选治疗方法。

Comparing the Effect of Minimally Invasive burr Hole Drainage with Drainage on Chronic Subdural Hematoma

To analyze and compare the effect of minimally invasive burr hole drainage with drainage on chronic subdural hematoma .Method：92 cases of the patients with chronic subdural hematoma in our hospital were chosen as study objects , who were randomly divided into two groups according to the com-puter random number .The control group and the treatment group .The control group was treated with drainage and the treatment group was treated with minimally invasive burr hole drainage .Result：The cavity effusion of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group;the intracranial pneumatocele of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group; The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group;differences between the aspects above of the two groups have statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comparing with the conventional drilling drainage in the control group , the treatment group has advantages such as good results ,quick effect and good safety on chronic subdural he-matoma , which can be considered as preferred treatment method .In addition , the drainage time of the treat-ment group is less than the control group , but no statistical difference （ P 〉0.05） .
