| 摘 要： | 近年的研究证明,肿瘤本身的低免疫原性,肿瘤产生的免疫抑制因子,以及肿瘤病人免疫力的低下,都是造成肿瘤细胞"免疫逃逸"现象发生的原因。而树突状细胞作为体内功能最强的抗原递呈细胞,在以T细胞识别肿瘤抗原为核心的肿瘤免疫治疗中起重要作用。本文主要就树突状细胞在治疗肿瘤方面的作用及研究进展作一综述。 |
