| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血浆内皮素（ET）、血清一氧化氮（NO）与消化性溃疡（PU）及其中医证型的关系。方法①将150例消化性溃疡患者按中医证型分成5组，气滞证、郁热证、阴虚证、虚寒证、瘀血证各30例；健康体检者30例为对照组。②检测空腹静脉血ET与NO。结果①消化性溃疡各组与对照组比较，血ET值升高、NO值下降（P〈0.05，P〈0．01）。②实证组血ET、NO水平均高于虚证组（P〈0．01）。结论ET、NO可能参与消化性溃疡的病理生理过程，它们的水平可作为消化性溃疡辨证分型辅助的客观指标。
