经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫内膜病变的临床价值

目的：探讨评价经阴道彩色多普勒超声（TVS）对子宫内膜病变的临床诊断价值以及对子宫内膜癌肌层浸润的估计。方法：应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声对72例子宫内膜病变进行诊断并与手术病理结果对照分析。结果：经阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫内膜病变的敏感性高为100％。与病理诊断符合率也高。其中萎缩性子宫内膜炎均100％；子宫内膜增生过长、粘膜下子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜息肉、子宫内膜癌分别为96．7％、94．1％、91．7％和83．3％。另外，内膜癌与其他宫内膜良性病变的血流显示率及动脉阻力指数RI值有显著性差异（P〈0．05），与病理结果有着显著的相关性。结论：经阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫内膜病变诊断的敏感性和诊断符合率高。对于子宫内膜病变的诊断及鉴别诊断以及临床治疗方面具有极其重要价值。

Transvaginal Color Doppler Screeing for Endometrid Lesions

Objective:To screeing endometrial lesions by transvaginal color Doppler(TVS).Methods:Seventy-two cases with endometrial lesions were examined by TVS and the data were compared with pathological diagnosis.Results:The sensitivity was 100% for diagnosis rate of the endometrial lesions by TVS.The diagnostic accuracy rata was 100% for the atrophed endometritis;96.7% for the proliferative endometrial lesion;94.1% for the submucous;myomas;91.7% for the endometrial polyp;83.3% for the endometrial cancer.Otherwise,there were significational different in the blood flow R.I and show rate.Between malignant endometrial lesion and benign ones,there was a significant defferece(P<0.05).TVS shared a close relation with pathological diagnosis.Condusion:The sensitivity and the accuracy rate were higher by TVS than others for endometrial lesions.There was useful of TVS in diagnosis and discriminate diagnosis of the endometrial lesions.
