利凡诺联合米非司酮用于中期引产的观察

目的探讨利凡诺联合米非司酮应用于中期引产中的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2011年1月—2013年12月期间在我院行中期引产的60例产妇,其中30例产妇单纯注射利凡诺（对照组）,另30例产妇在经羊膜腔注射利凡诺后,再口服米非司酮（观察组）,对比两组中期引产产妇宫缩时间、胎盘排出所用时间、产程时间、子宫出血量以及疼痛情况,并在引产后对比两组产妇的术后并发症发生情况。结果对照组产妇宫缩时间（19.82±9.24）h、胎盘排出时间（13.31±5.47）h、产程（33.78±4.53）h、子宫出血量（351.77±100.61）mL、疼痛评分（6.9±1.6）分,一次引产成功20例,成功率66.67%,9例患者出现并发症,发生率30%;观察组产妇宫缩时间（10.09±7.16）h、胎盘排出时间（8.38±4.95）h、产程（18.65±4.12）h、子宫出血量（225.86±95.57）mL、疼痛评分（3.6±1.5）分,一次引产成功28例,成功率93.33%,2例患者出现并发症,发生率6.67%,两组数据对比差异显著（P〈0.05）,有统计学意义。结论对产妇中期引产中给予利凡诺和米非司酮联合用药时,能够缩短引产的时间和减轻患者痛苦,同时也降低了术后相关并发症发生率,值得临床推广。

Observation of Rivanol Combined Mifepristone for Treatment of Midtrimester Induction of Labor

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of rivanol combined mifepristone for treatment of midtrimester induction of labor. Methods 60 puerpera recieved midtrimester induction of labor in our hospital during February 2013 to February 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 30cases were treated with pure injection of rivanol（control group） while the other 30cases were treated with oral mifepristone after injection of rivanol via amniotic cavity. Uterine contraction time, placenta discharge time,labor stage time, uterine bleeding amount and pain condition of the 2 groups were compared, and postoperative complications of the 2 groups were compared. Results Uterine contraction time of control group was（19.82±9.24） h, placenta discharge time was（13.31±5.47） h, labor stage time was（33.78±4.53） h, uterine bleeding amount was（351.77±100.61） ml and pain score was（6.9±1.6）, 22 cases underwent successful induced labor and the success rate was 66.67%, 2 cases had complications and the occurrence rate was 30%; uterine contraction time of observation group was（10.09±7.16） h, placenta discharge time was（8.38±4.95） h, labor stage time was（18.65±4.12） h, uterine bleeding amount was（225.86±95.57） ml and pain score was（3.6±1.5）, 33 cases underwent successful induced labor and the success rate was93.33%, 9 cases had complications and the occurrence rate was 6.67%（P0.05）.Conclusion Rivanol combined mifepristone for treatment of midtrimester induction of labor can shorten time of induced labor and relieve pain of patients, and meanwhile reduce occurrence rate of complications. So it is worth of being popularized.
