针灸按摩配合功能性锻炼治疗86例腰椎间盘突出临床疗效观察

目的：探讨针灸按摩配合功能性锻炼治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法收治时间为2012年1月-2013年9月，86例患者均来自于非洲加纳克里部教学医院康复科门诊，按照随机分配原则，将患者分为针灸按摩组（对照组）、针灸按摩配合功能性锻炼组（观察组），每组43例，7 d为1个疗程，每个疗程间隔2d，3个疗程后对比分析两组患者的临床总有效率。结果观察组与对照组的临床总有效率分别为95.35%（41/43）、74.42%（32/43），两组比较有统计学差异（χ^2=21.85，P〈0.05）。结论针灸按摩配合功能性锻炼可以显著改善腰椎间盘突出患者的临床效果，安全有效、副作用小，患者经济压力小，是临床上值得应用的治疗手段。

The observation of the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and massage with functional exercise in the treatment of 86 cases of lumbar disc herniation

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and massage with functional exercise in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 86 patients were from Africa and Ghana Christian ministry teaching hospital outpatient rehabili-tation, from January 2012 to September 2013,according to the principle of random assignment, patients were divided into acupunc-ture and massage group （control group）, acupuncture and massage with functional exercise group （observation group） were of 43 cases, 7 days were as a course, each treatment was interval with 2 days. The clinical total overall efficiency rates of the two groups after 3 courses were taken for comparative analysis. Results The clinical total effective rates in the observation group and control group were 95.35% （41/43） and 74.42% （32/43）, there were significant differences between the two groups （χ^2=21.85, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture Massage with functional exercise can significantly improve the clinical results of patients with lumbar disc herniation, and it is safe and effective, with few side effects, patients are with little economic pressure, and it is worthy of treatment in clinical applications.
