万托林联合普米克在小儿哮喘急性发作中的疗效

目的探讨万托林联合普米克在小儿哮喘急性发作中的临床疗效,为其临床应用提供可参考依据。方法选择2013年1月—2014年4月入住我院诊断为支气管哮喘急性发作的小儿患者82例作为研究对象,采用随机数字法平均分为观察组与对照组,分别给予万托林联合普米克治疗、单独万托林治疗。观察两组患儿的临床疗效,并抽取静脉血检测血清IL-4、IL-10水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,总有效率分别为97.6%及85.3%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组治疗后PEF（89.35±12.65）L/min较治疗前（57.67±14.86）L/min明显改善,对照组治疗后PEF（76.22±13.34）L/min较治疗前（55.87±14.65）L/min明显改善,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;且观察组PEF改善更明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患儿血清IL-4、IL-10水平分别为（57.35±5.43）pg/mL、（25.46±6.01）pg/mL,明显低于对照组（97.79±10.06）pg/mL、（53.36±5.89）pg/mL,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论万托林联合普米克可以有效改善哮喘患儿急性发作时的症状及肺功能,同时更好的降低炎性细胞因子水平,值得临床推广应用。

Ventolin combined Pulmicort in children with asthma acute attack of curative effect

Objective To discuss Ventolin combined Pulmicort in children with asthma acute attack of curative effect. Methods Choice in January 2013-in April 2014, our hospital diagnosed as bronchial asthma acute attack of 82 cases of pediatric patients as the research object, by using random number average divided into observation group and control group, respectively give wan torin joint＇s Mick torin, separate treatment.Observe the clinical effects of two groups of children, and extract the venous blood detection of serum IL- 4, IL- 10 levels. Results Treatment group total effectiveness is superior to control group, total effective rate was97.6% and 97.6% respectively, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Observation group after treatment of PEF（89.35±12.65） L/min was（57.67±14.86）L/min, the control group after treatment of PEF（76.22±13.34） L/min was（55.87±14.65）L/min, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;PEF improved more obviously and observed group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Observation group with serum IL- 4, IL- 10 level respectively（57.35 ±5.43） pg/mL,（25.46±6.01）pg/ml, significantly lower than the control group（97.79±10.06） pg/mL,（53.36±5.89） pg/mL, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ventolin combined Pulmicort can effectively improve asthma children with acute onset of symptoms and lung function, at the same time better to reduce the level of inflammatory cytokines, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
