四肢创伤合并大面积皮肤软组织缺损采用负压封闭引流术治疗的临床分析

目的研究分析四肢创伤合并大面积皮肤软组织缺损采用负压封闭引流术治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院52例患者。并按照住院尾号将其分为治疗组（负压封闭引流术）和对照组（常规换药）,均为26例,对比两组患者手术时间、住院时间、换药次数、植皮成活率及并发症发生率。结果治疗组患者受伤至Ⅱ期手术时间（10．47±2．13）d,住院时间（22．23±3．41）d,换药次数（4.31±1．52）次,植皮成活率96．15％,出现并发症发生率7．69％均同对照组患者（15．32±4．41）d、（31．65±6．03）d、（18．34±5．17）次、80．77％、30．77％间存在显著差异性,有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论负压封闭引流术在治疗四肢创伤合并大面积皮肤软组织缺损疾病临床上效果显著。

Limb trauma combined treatment with large area skin and soft tissure de-fect closed negative pressure drainage the clinical analysis

Objective To study the analysis of limb trauma merge large area skin and soft tissue defect by the clinical effect of closed negative pressure drainage treatment. Methods Selecting 52 patients with patients, and according to the private hospital will be divided into the treatment group （closed negative pressure drainage） and control group （routine treatment）, are all 26 cases, compared two groups of patients with operation time, hospitalization time, switching frequency, skin graft survival rate and the inci-dence of complications. Results The treatment group patients with injury to Ⅱperiod （10.47±2.13 mm） d operation time, length of hospital stay （22.23±3.41） d, switching frequency （4.31±1.52） times, skin graft survival rate 96.15%, the incidence of complications of 7.69% patients with the control group （15.32±4.41） d,（4.41±6.03）d, （18.34±5.17） times and 80.77%, 30.77% there is signifi-cant difference between, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment of limb trauma with large area skin and soft tissure defect diseases clinically effective.
