亚健康与“治未病”的概念、范畴及其相互关系的探讨

本文在阐述亚健康的概念与范畴及中医“治未病”的概念与范畴的基础上，论述了亚健康与中医“治未病”的关系，认为亚健康属于中医“治未病”的范畴，中医“治未病”思想及其理论体系可指导亚健康的临床辨识及干预，开展亚健康的研究可进一步丰富和发展中医“治未病”的内涵及理论体系。

Exploration on the Concept and Category of Sub-health and Chinese Medicine "Treating Pre-disease" Doctrine and the Relationship between Them

Based on disserting the concept and category of sub-health state and the Chinese medicine "treating pre-disease" doctrine, the relationship between them was discussed. The authors considered that the sub-health state belongs to the categories of "treating pre-disease" ; the thinking and theoretical system can be used to guide the identification and intervention of sub-health, and the research on sub-health may further com-plement and develop the connotation and theoretical system of "treating pre-disease".
