摘    要:组蛋白修饰是一种重要的表观遗传学现象,对基因表达调控发挥着至关重要的作用。一般认为糖尿病是一种由环境因素、遗传因素及免疫因素等共同作用的代谢性疾病,其发病机制主要与胰岛素抵抗、胰岛素分泌不足及免疫炎症等密切相关。目前,糖尿病的发病机制尚未完全清楚,治疗中也有一定局限性。但有研究表明组蛋白修饰与糖尿病的发病有密切关系。

Abstract:Histone modification is an important epigenetic phenomenon of gene expression which plays an important regulatory function.Diabetes is a metabolic disease caused by environmental factors,genetic factors and immune factors together and the pathogenesis is closely related to insulin resistance,insufficient insulin secretion,and immune inflammation.The pathogenesis of diabetes is not yet entirely clear,and there are some limitations in the treatment.However,some studies have shown that histone modification is closely related to the onset of diabetes.
