甲状腺结节外科手术疗效观察

目的探讨手术治疗甲状腺结节的临床疗效。方法对该院从2009年2月—2011年2月行手术治疗的180例甲状腺结节患者的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果 180例患者均顺利完成手术,伤口一期即愈合,无切口感染,大出血,窒息及气管切开等并发症发生。其中暂时性声音嘶哑者1例,甲状腺功能低下者2例。痊愈82例,占45.6%;好转88例,占48.9%;无效10例,占5.6%,总有效率为94.5%。结论手术治疗甲状腺结节并发症少,复发率低,效果明显,值得推广。

Clinical Observation on Thyroid Nodules Surgery

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy to treat the thyroid nodules. Methods To retrospectively analyze 180 cases of thyroid nodules with clinical data in our hospital from February 2009 - February 2011. Results 180 surgery were successfully completed , wound is healing, infection, bleeding, choking, and tracheotomy complications. Temporary hoarseness is 1 case, and two cases of low thyroid function. 82 cases are recovered, accounting for 45.6%; improved in 88 cases, accounting for 48.9%; and ineffective in 10 cases （5.6%）, total effective rate was 94.5%. Conclusion TO treat the thyroid nodules is few complications, and low recurrence rate, the effect is obvious and worth promoting.
