口服法小肠气钡双对比造影对小肠疾病的影像诊断

目的:探讨口服法小肠双对比造影检查及病变表现特点。方法:辅以高、低张药物,口服80%(w/v)硫酸钡200ml加经肛门逆行注入空气2000ml进行小肠双对比造影检查,显示双对比小肠影像。结果:147次小肠造影检查中118例成功地用该方法进行小肠双对比造影检查,成功率80.27%,年龄14岁至69岁,平均34.3岁。118例中阳性32例,阳性显现率27.12%,病理证实的25例,占阳性病例的78.13%。不能应用高、低张药物和逆行注气失败的共29例,占19.73%。小肠肿瘤、Crohn's病、Meckel's憩室和回肠末段淋巴滤泡增生症小肠疾病的双对比影像具有特征性表现。结论:(1)此法小肠双对比造影检查简便易行,适合各类有电视X线机的放射科开展。(2)小肠病变在双对比影像上表现特征明显,易于诊断。(3)不能应用高、低张药物和肛门括约肌松弛的患者用此法检查将受到限制。

Double contrast small bowel examination with barium and air to diagnosis of intestine diseases

Objective To investigate examination of the sm all intestine by techniques and characteristic of intestine diseases.Methods With Meloclopramide dihydrochloride and Raceanisodamine hydrochloride medicine,drink 80%(w /v)bariumliquid 200ml and to performan d shows small intestine double contr ast images.Results118cases have used Double contrast small bowel examination with barium and air in 147cases,success rate 80.27%,aged from 14to 69,average 34.3years old.32case s have positive show in 118double -contrast examinant case,positive rate27.12%.29cases did not succeed to perform small intestine double contra st due to the patients who can not utilize Meloclopramide dihydrochloride an d Raceanisodamine hydrochloride me dicine and inject gas into anus fail.Tumor of the small intestine,crohn' s disease,Meckel' s diverticulum and distal ileum lymp hatic multiply disease have feature image show.Conclusion(1)This methods is easy to perform for ev ery X -ray room with TV fluoroscopy eq uipment.(2)With double contrast image,small in testine diseases have great feature and are easy to diagnosis.(3)To those patients who can not utilize Meloclo pramide dihydrochloride and Racean isodamine hydrochloride medicine a nd anal muscles loosen,the examination is l imitted.
