| Abstract: | The "back-wall first" hepatic artery microanastomosis in pediatric liver transplantation saves lives and reduces morbidity. We describe our technique of hepatic artery reconstruction and offer a systematic and multi-team collaborative approach that optimizes surgical outcomes. |
