| 摘 要： | 目的提高对隐源性机化性肺炎的认识.方法 分析我院2009年5月收治的1例隐源性机化性肺炎(COP)的临床、影像和病理资料及治疗方法,并复习相关文献.结果 COP临床表现、影像学均缺乏特异性,病理有相对特异性改变,COP经支气管肺活检(TBLB)可明确诊断.结论 TBLB可获得满意的肺组织标本,可作为获取标本的首选方式.... |

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the understanding of Cryptogenic organizing pneumonia.Methods To analyze the clinical,radiologic,pathologic features and treatment of a patient admitted to our hospital on May,2009 and review the related literatures.Results Clinical manifestation and radiological of COP are both lack of specificity.Pathological change is relatively specificity.COP was varified finally by transbronchial lung biopsy(TBLB).Conclusion TBLB can obtain satisfactory lung tissue samples and can be used as the first way to obtain the samples.Clinical,image and pathological characters of COP should be acquainted and mastered by clinicians so that early diagnosis can be made and let the patients receive the therapy by glucocorticoid in time.The effect is remakable and the prognosis is good. |
