| 摘 要： | 胸痹病机为心脉痹阻,其病位以心为主,多与肝、脾、肾三脏功能失调有关,表现为气阴两虚,虚实夹杂。辨证施护分寒凝心脉、心血瘀阻、痰浊内阻、心气虚弱、心肾阳虚型。
