肠梗阻患者57例超声诊断与分析

目的探讨超声对肠梗阻患者临床诊断价值。方法对57例肠梗阻患者进行超声诊断分析。结果 57例患者中确诊小肠梗阻41例,结肠梗阻14例,误诊2例;40例经手术治愈,15例经非手术治愈。结论超声可以作为肠梗阻常规检查手段的进行推广。

Clinical Analysis on Diagnosis of Ultrasonic in 57 Cases with Intestinal Obstruction

Objective To explore ultrasonic characteristics and the diagnostic value of acute intestinal obstruction.Methods The ultrasonogram of 57 cases patients with intestinal obstruction were analyzed.Results 41 cases were diagnosed as small-bowel obstruction,14 cases were diagnosed as colon obstruction,2 cases were misdiagnosed;40 cases were cured by operation,15 cases were cured by non-operative therapy.Conclusion Ultrasonic can be regard as a supplement of routine examination methods for intestinal obstruction,which is worth to generalizing.
