奥曲肽治疗肠梗阻46例疗效分析

目的探讨奥曲肽治疗肠梗阻的疗效。方法将同济大学附属第十人民医院普外科2003年12月—2008年12月收治的89例肠梗阻患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上加用奥曲肽。前瞻性记录、观察和比较两组治疗前后的各种临床数据。结果治疗组（n=46）肛门排气时间、胃管拔除时间、进食流质时间和住院天数均短于对照组（n=43）（P〈0.05）;治疗组临床症状改善率高于对照组（P〈0.05）,胃肠减压量明显少于对照组胃肠减压量（P〈0.05）。结论奥曲肽对各型肠梗阻治疗是有益的,可提高保守治疗的成功率。

Analysis of Effect of Octreotide in Treatment for Intestinal Obstruction

Objective To investigate the effect of octreotide in the treatment for intestinal obstruction.Methods Between December 2003 and December 2008,89 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Group A received traditional treatment,including fasting,gastrointestinal decompression,maintaining electrolyte and acid-base balance,enteral and parenteral nutrition support and antibiotics;Group B received octreotide combined the above mentioned traditional treatment.All clinic data were analyzed by SPSS software.Results Time to first flatus,time to removal of the stomach tube,time to diet intake and hospital stay in octreotide group（n=46）were significantly less than those in the conventional group（n=43）（P0.05）.Group B had a better outcome and less amount of gastric drainage as compared with Group A.Conclusion It is beneficial for intestinal obstruction to apply octreotide,which can improve the success ratio of expectant treatment.
