尪痹辨证施治临床分析

目的探讨尪痹辨证施治？椒ā？005年1月至2009年6月门诊或住院的尪痹患者250例在西医治疗的基础上联合中医辨证分型治疗并进行疗效评定。结果经3个月治疗后,250例患者临床治愈28例,显效128例,有效77例,总有效233例,总有效率93.2%。结论尪痹临床治疗较为困难,临床治疗中应详细判断病情和临床症候,进行认真辩证论治,判断急性发作或稳定状态,合理调配药物,注意祛邪和扶正想结合,以减轻患者的痛苦,改善生活质量。

Clinical Analysis of Differential Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective To explore differentiation of Rheumatoid Arthritis.Methods The hospital in January 2005-2009 year in June out-patient or hospital 250 cases western medicine-based treatment add treatment of TCM Syndrome Differentiation and efficacy evaluation.Results Totalellect 233 cases,the total efficiency 93.2%,After 3 month treatment,of 250 cases,Clinical healed 28 cases,significat effective 128 cases,effective 77 cases.Conclusion Clinical treatment should be detailed to determine illness and clinical symptoms,a serious dialectical theory,to determine acute or stable state,a reasonable allocation of drugs,to alleviate the suffering of patients and improve quality of life.
