棘突间内固定在腰椎管狭窄症的初步临床应用研究

目的研究Coflex棘突间动态稳定系统在腰椎管狭窄症治疗中的应用和疗效。方法在24例26个间隙的腰椎管狭窄症患者行开窗髓核摘除术,术中植入Coflex棘突间内固定系统,观察手术操作过程、手术用时、术中出血量及术后早期恢复情况,并在术前术后进行VAS评分。结果 Coflex棘突间动态稳定系统植入手术操作简单,用时短,组织损伤小,术后恢复顺利。结论 Coflex棘突间动态稳定系统治疗腰椎管狭窄症安全简便,早期效果良好。

Preliminary Study of Interspinous Process Devices for Lumber Spinal Stenosis

Objective To evaluate the early results of coflex interspinous process for lumber spinal stenosis.Methods Totally 24 patients with lumber spinal stenosis in the lumbar spine were treated with coflex interspinous process devices.The effectiveness of the procedure was evaluated preoperatively by VAS and JOA score and the last follow-up of the procedure.In addition,restoration of the intervertebral disc height and lumbar range of movement was assessed on pre-and postoperative radiographs.Results The mean VAS scores were（7.6±1.4） before operation and（2.3±0.5）after operations,the mean JOA scores were（9.1±1.1） before and（26.4±1.7） after operations respectively（P0.05）.All the patients returned to normal activity within the first week.Conclusion Interspinous process devices is an effective and reliable option for lumbar intervertebral disc disease if the case is favorable to this procedure.
