阿托伐他汀联合氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛预后评价

目的评价早期阿托伐他汀联合氯吡格雷治疗对不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）患者预后的影响。方法126例UAP患者随机分为阿托伐他汀联合氯吡格雷治疗组和对照组，两组患者在常规吸氧、应用硝酸酯类、B受体阻滞剂、阿司匹林等传统治疗基础上，治疗组病例在发病24h之内口服阿托伐他汀10mg，以后每晚10mg睡前口服；氯吡格雷75mg早晨1次顿服，连用6个月，入院24h及治疗后8周抽空腹静脉血测定TC、LDL—C、HDL—C、hs—CRP，同时观察6个月内心血管事件。结果治疗组治疗后血TC、LDL—C、hs—CRP较治疗前明显下降（P〈0．05），HDL—C较治疗前升高（P〈0．01）；对照组治疗前后观察指标无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗组6个月内心血管事件发生少于对照组，有统计学意义（P〈0．05），脑卒中及心源性猝死两组间无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论早期应用阿托伐他汀联合氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛能明显改善患者预后。

Clinical Observation of Atorvastatin and Clopidogrel Treating Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective To evaluate early atorvastatin joint clopidogrel treatment for unstable angina pectoris （UVP） has influence on patient outcomes. Methods To randomly divided 126 cases of UAP patients into atorvastatin joint clopidogrel treatment group and control group. Two groups of patients with the normal oxygen unit,used a kinds of nitrate ,B-blockers and aspirin etc on the basis of traditional treatment,the treatment group in the case within 24h take by mouth Atorvastatin 10mg then every night take 10rag before bedtime. On the morning take orally 75mg clopidogrel in a multicenter, last 6 months. Extraction of fasting blood had achieved determination of TC, LDL - C, HDL - C, hs - CRP after 24h in hospital and 8 weeks after treatment, at the same time, observe within 6 months of cardiovascular events. Results After the treatment, blood TC, LDL - C, hs - CRP of treatment group had obviously decreased than before （P 〈0.01 ） ,blood HDL- C have been promoted than before （P 〈0. 01 ）. Before and after the treatment the two groups have no obvious difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Early used atorvastatin joint clopidogrel treatments for unstable angina pectoris （UVP） have improved the prognosis of patients.
