| 摘 要： | 以１号水痘带状疱疹病毒（ＶＺＶ１）为毒种，制备酶联免疫吸附试验特异抗原，并以Ｖｅｒｏ－Ｅ６基质细胞抗原作对照，用ＥＬＩＳＡ间接法测定ＶＺＶ ＩｇＧ抗体。方法特异性经中和试验、封闭性阻断试验，检测事实状疱疹病人双份血清抗体滴度比较证实；其敏感性比间接免疫荧光法（ＩＦＡ）高数十倍；重现性经４８份血清３次重复测定平均ＯＤ值无显著差异。与Ｂｉｏｓｅｅｄ抗ＶＺＶ抗体ＩｇＧ ＥＬＩＳＡ试剂盒测定结果比较阳性符 |

| Abstract: | Taking VZV 1 to prepare ELISA special antigen and in the controlled group to prepare Vero E6 cell antigen determine VZV IgG by indirect ELISA.Laboratory specificity was affirmed by neutralization assay,closed blockade assay and comparison of titer of double sera with zoster.Susceptibility is ten times as high as IFA.Reproducibility of results were not different significantly from 48 specimens of sera in three assays,VZV IgG detected by indirect ELISA has the advantages of special,sensitive,steady and economical character.It can adopted as first method of seroepidemiological survelliance of VZV. |
