河南汉族人群D19S253、D12S391、D7S820基因座遗传多态性研究

目的 探讨D19S253、D12S391、D7S820基因座在河南汉族人群的法医学应用价值。方法应用PCR扩增、PAG垂直板电泳分离、银染技术，对河南汉族211例无关个体进行D19S253、D12S391、D7S820基因座分型。结果D19S253检出10个等位基因31种基因型，D12S391检出11个等位基因42种基因型，D7S820检出8个等位基因23种基因型。3个基因座的基因型分布与Hardy．Weinberg平衡吻合良好。3基因座的杂合度(H)观察值分别为0．7678、0．8323、0．7455。个人识别能力(DP)分别为0．9348、0．9566、0．9188。三联体非父排除率(PEt)分别为0．6229、0．6607、0．57460结论D19S253、D12S391、D7S820基因座在河南汉族人群具有很高法医学应用价值。

Research of Polymorphism of D19S253 and D12S391 and D7S820 Loci in Han Nationality in Henan Province

Objective To explore the genetin polymorphism at D19S253 and D12S391 and D7S820 loci in Han Nationality and to evaluate the validation of these 3 loci as genetic markers for forensic haemogenetics in Henan Province. Methods The PCR amplification and electrophoresis on the same PAG and silverstaining were used,sum total of 211 samples from unrelated individuals in Henan Han Nationality were analyzed. Result There were 10 alleles and 31 genotypes at D19S253 locus,11 alleles and 42 genotypes at D12S391 locus, 8 alleles and 23 genotypes at D7S820 locus. The allele distributions of the loci were good agreement with the Hardy-Weinberg equibrum. The heterozygotes of D19S253 and D12S391 and D7S820 loci were 0.7678 and 0.8323 and 0.7455 respectively, The discrimination power was 0.9348and 0.9566 and 0.9188 respectively, The probability of exclusion was 0.6229 and 0.6607 and 0.5746 respectively. Conclusion It is suggested that the D19S253 and D12S391 and D7S820 loci be good markers for Henan Han Nationality in forensic haemogenetics.
