| 摘 要： | 目的观察多糖铁复合物（力蜚能）治疗成人缺铁性贫血的疗效。方法126例患者随机分为治疗组（66例）和对照组（60例），前者给予力蜚能胶囊治疗，后者给予复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片（益源生片）加维生素C片治疗。结果治疗4周后治疗组的血象及血清铁（SI）和转铁蛋白饱和度（TR）水平明显高于对照组（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），且前者不良反应较后者少。结论力蜚能治疗缺铁性贫血的疗效优于硫酸亚铁，且不良反应少，是治疗成人缺铁性贫血的理想药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of polysaccharide iron complex(PIC,Niferex) to treat adults'siron deficiency anemia(IDA).Methods 126 adults with IDA were randomly divided into two groups: the treated and control groups.The former were treated with Niferex,and the latter with ferrous sulfate combined vitamin C.Results Treated for 4 weeks,the test of blood routine,serum iron and transferring of the treated group were significantly higher than that of ferrous sulfate treated group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Besides,the adverse effect of treated group were lower than the latter.Conclusion The curative effect of Niferex to treat adults' IDA is better than that of ferrous sulfate,and its adverse effect was lower,which was an excellent medicine to treat the disease. |
