脑基底节区出血22例临床观察

目的：探讨基底节区出血病人的临床征象和理化特点。方法：对22例基底节区出血资斟进行回顾性总结。结果：基底节区出血存在不同程度的高危因素、应激性损害、并芡症和心电学异常。结论：基底节区出血病人在积极减轻脑水肿防治再出血同时．力争控制高危因素，减少应激性损害，适时进行理化检查是改善预后的重要措施。
