| 摘 要： | 观察了缺氧，复氧对豚鼠心肌细胞膜电位的影响及红花黄素的保护作用。结果表明，缺氧５－２５ｍｉｎ时ＲＰ、ＡＰＡ减少，Ｖｍａｘ减慢，ＡＰＤ１０、ＡＰＤ５０、ＡＰＤ９０缩短。复氧５－２０ｍｉｎ后，ＲＰ、ＡＰＡ和Ｖｍａｘ进一步减小，ＡＰＤ１０、ＡＰＤ５０、ＡＰＤ９０明显缩短。
