| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性荨麻疹的发病机制。方法采用自体血清皮肤试验。结果慢性荨麻疹患者自体血清皮肤试验的阳性率为58.06%,正常对照组阳性率为0,两组相比差异有显著性(χ2=17.95,P<0.001)。结论部分慢性荨麻疹的发生有自体免疫机制的参与。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria.Methods Autologous serum skin test.Results The positive rate of autologous serum skin test in patients with chronic urticaria was 58.06%.The positive rate in normal control was 0,there was significant difference between patients with chronic urticaria and normal control(χ~2=17.95,P<0.001).Conclusion The pathogenetic mechanis of chronic urticaria may be related to autoimmunity. |
