加长柄人工髋关节置换治疗股骨上段骨巨细胞瘤

目的介绍采用加长柄人工髋关节置换治疗股骨上段骨巨细胞瘤的术式及其疗效。方法分析自1998年9月至2006年8月11例股骨上段骨巨细胞瘤的临床资料,采用瘤段切除及加长柄人工髋关节置换来修复和替代切除的股骨上段及髋关节。结果经过平均2年4个月随访,11例存活10例,均有较好功能和生活状态。结论对股骨上段骨巨细胞瘤可采用瘤段切除和加长柄人工髋关节置换术,术后疗效满意,迅速恢复功能,达到提高生活质量的效果。

Application of replacement with artificial hip joint with lengthened head in the treatment of giant cell tumor of bone of upper femur

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of artificial hip joint with lengthened head in the treatment of giant cell tumor of bone of upper femur.Methods From September 1998 to August 2006,11 patients with giant cell tumor of bone of upper femur received tumor resection and artificial hip joint with lengthened head replacement to reconstruct the hip joint.Results Ten of 11cases survived during a mean of 28 month follow-up.All the patients gained good hip function and life quality.Conclusion The clinical results show that tumor resection and replacement with artificial hip joint with the lengthened head are proved to be suitable for treatment of giant cell tumor of bone of upper femur.It is a good treatment for the rapid recovery of patients.
