| 冠心病和高血压老年患者血浆肿瘤坏死因子测定及其临床意义 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨冠心病和高血压老年患者血浆肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ）的变化与发病的关系。方法：采用放射免疫方法，测定４４例老年冠心病和４１例高血压老年患者的ＴＮＦ浓度，并以３５例健康老年人作对照。结果：冠心病、高血压组患者的血浆ＴＮＦ浓度显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；急性心肌梗塞患者血浆ＴＮＦ浓度较稳定型心绞痛患者明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０ｌ）；合并左心室肥厚的高血压患者血浆ＴＮＦ浓度明显高于单纯性高血压患者（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：ＴＮＦ可能参与冠心病、高血压的病理过程。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:Concentrations of plasma tumor necrosis factor(TNF)were determined with radioimmunoassay in 44 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and 4l patients with hypertension as compared with 35 healthy controls.Results:(l)Concentrations of plasma TNF were significantly higher in the two patient groups than those in the control group.(2)The patients with acute myocardial infarction have obviously higher concentrations of plasma TNF than those with stable angina.(3)Concentrations of plasma TNF were markedly higher in the patients with hypertension complicated by left ventricular hypertrophy than those without complication.Conclusion:TNF may be involved in the pathological processes of both CHD and hypertension. |
