| 摘 要： | 木文对31例正常足月新生儿脐血T淋巴细胞亚群及脐血可溶性白细胞介质-2受体(SIL-ZR)水平进行了测定.结果表明,脐血CD_3~+、CD_4~+及CD_8~+细胞低于正常儿童(P<0.01 ),但二者CD_4/CD_8比值无显著性差异(P>0.05).脐血SIL-2R水平与成人(母血)相当(P>0.05).提示新生儿脐血具有一定的免疫调节能力,但T淋巴细胞数量不足,可能为新生儿免疫功能不足的原因之一.

| Abstract: | The T lymphocyte subpopulation and the levels of serum soluble inter-leukin-2 receptor (SLI-2R) in umbilical blood for 31 full-term infants. The results indicated that:(1) CD3,CD4and CD8 T cells in umbilical blood were significantly lower than these from normal children ( P <0. 01), but CD4/CD8 rates were similar in both groups (P >0. 05). (2)the serum SIL-2R levels in umbilical blood were no difference as compared with the adults (the mother's blood, P > 0. 05). |
