摘    要:
目的:建立反相离子对色谱法,测定羧甲司坦片和口服溶液中羧甲司坦的含量。方法:采用C18柱,以含0.05%庚烷磺酸钠的0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(用磷酸调pH2.5)为流动相.检测波长215nm。结果;该方法羧甲司坦片剂和口服溶液的回收率分别为100.3%.RSD=0.54%(n=5).100.5%.RSD=0.70%(n=5)。结论;该法准确.可靠.专一性强,能满足制剂质量标准的要求。

Abstract:
Objective: A Reversed ion-pair phase HPLC method has been studied to determine the contents of carbocisteine in Carbocisteine Tablets and Oral solution.Method: The chromatographic condion are Listed below:C18column,detection wavelength 215 nm,and a mobile phase 0.05mol/L K2HPO4(containing 0.05% Sodium heptanesulfonate and pH ajuested to 2.5 with phosphovic scid),Results: The recoveries for Carbocisteine Tablets and Oral solution in the method are 100.3% (RSD0.54%,n=5).and 100.5%(RSD=0.70%,n=5),respectively.Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid and reliable.
