遗传性血色病的分子机制

摘    要:近年来,铁代谢及其调节机制的研究取得了一系列突破性进展,有力地促进了遗传性血色病(hereditary hemochromatosis,HH)的分子机制的研究。本文综述了HH分子机制的最新研究,并从Hepcidin对铁代谢的调节角度探索、分析了其它可能的机制,针对目前研究面临的困难、缺陷和不足提出了一些建议。

Abstract:Recently, the studies of iron metabolism and its regulatory mechanism have been made a series of breakthroughs, They forcefully promote the studies of the molecular mechanism of hereditary hemochromatosis (HH) . This paper summarize the recent studies of the molecular mechanism of HH, From the angle of the regulation of Hepcidin on iron metabolism, the author explore and an- alyse on the other possible mechanism of HH, At last some proposes have been put on it in view of the difficulties and imperfect.
