miR-221/miR-222在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨miR-221/miR-222在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及与临床病理特征的相关性。方法:应用茎环Real-time RT-PCR方法检测36例乳腺浸润性导管癌及癌旁非肿瘤乳腺组织中成簇分布的miR-221和miR-222表达,分析miR-221和miR-222表达与乳腺癌常用的临床病理指标的关系。结果:乳腺癌组织miR-221和miR-222表达明显高于其对应的正常乳腺组织(P值均小于0.05),但miR-221和miR-222两者比值差异无显著性(P=0.176)。miR-221和miR-222的表达和雌激素受体状态及Her-2表达有关。低雌激素受体表达和高Her-2表达的乳腺癌组织的miR-221和miR-222表达均明显高于高雌激素受体和低Her-2表达的标本(P值均小于0.05)。miR-221和miR-222的表达与月经状况、肿块大小、孕激素受体状态、淋巴结转移及TMN分期无关。结论:miR-221/miR-222不但是乳腺癌重要的标记,而且可能成为内分泌治疗抵抗的预兆性标记物和靶向治疗潜在作用靶点。
