| 摘 要： | 目的：观察通降和胃方对实验大鼠混合反流性食管炎食管上皮超微结构的影响。方法：将14只SD大鼠随机分为中药组(通降和胃方组)、正常对照组、模型组。中药组连续灌胃通降和胃方药14天，模型组予适量生理盐水灌胃14天。两周后处死各组大鼠，取食管组织电镜下观察。结果：治疗组大鼠食管上皮超微结构损伤较模型组有明显改善。结论：通降和胃方在治疗实验大鼠混合反流性食管炎过程中，能够明显改善食管上皮细胞超微结构的损伤，使食管黏膜炎症减轻。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the influence of THD on the ultrastructure of esophagus epithelium in rats with experimental mixed reflux esophagitis.Method:14 SD rats were randomly divided into the THD treatment group,control group and model group.Rats in the treatment group were given THD and rats in the model group were given normal saline by perfusion for 14 days.And the esophagus tissue of rats were detected by electron microscope.Result:The ultrastructure of esophagus epithelium of rats in the treatment was significantly improved compared with the model group.Conclusion:THD could improve the ultrastructure of esophagus epithelium in rats with experimental mixed reflux esophagitis and alleviate the inflammation of esophagus mucosa. |
