| 摘 要： | 目的探讨切开复位内固定治疗Pilon骨折的临床效果。方法应用切开复位内固定治疗35例Pilon骨折,并对治疗效果进行分析、评价;35例Pilon骨折患者按Rüedi-Allgower分类：Ⅱ型11例,Ⅲ24例。结果 35例均获得随访6-18个月。疗效按照苟氏标准,优15例,良12例,可6例,差2例。结论正确选择手术时机,良好的复位与内固定技术、早期功能锻炼是治疗Pilon骨折取得良好效果的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the effect of distal tibia Pilon fractures treated with open reduction and internal fixation.Methods 35 Pilon fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation.According to Ruedi-Allgower classification,the fractures were classified as type Ⅱ in 11,type Ⅲ in 24.Results 35 cases were followed up for 6 to 18 months.According to the effect of Gou＇s standard,the results were excellent in 15 cases,good in 12 cases,fair in 6 cases and poor in 2 cases.Conclusion Right choice of surgical time,good reduction and internal fixation and early function exercises are keys for treatment of Pilon fractures. |
