徐州市城市老年人社区护理需求及利用状况调查分析

目的 调查徐州市老年人社区护理需求及利用状况,分析其影响因素,为促进老年社区护理的发展提供依据。 方法 采用多阶段分层方便抽样方法,对符合条件的1 028名老年人进行问卷调查。 结果 徐州市老年人的社区护理需求在健康指导、健康监测和疾病护理各条目(除心理护理)均高于社区护理利用状况( P <0.05);影响其社区护理需求的因素为年龄、婚姻状况、医保类型、自理状况、是否患慢性病、有无负性情绪及社区护理利用情况( P <0.05)。 结论 徐州市城市老年人社区护理的利用度仍有较大提升空间。完善社区护理服务体系,应从老年人的实际需求出发。

Analysis of demand and utilization on the community nursing of the elderly,Xuzhou

Objective To investigate demand and utilization of the elderly community nursing and its influencing factors in Xuzhou city. Methods 1 028 elderly citizens were investigated with a multistage stratified convenience sampling method. Results The demand and utilization of community nursing existed difference ( P <0.05). The factors influencing community nursing were age,marital status,medical payment form,self-care ability and chronic disease history ( P <0.05). Conclusion The utilization of community nursing should be improved for the elderly. Perfecting community nursing service system should depend on practical demands of the elderly.
