效率指数模型在肿瘤医院床位工作效率评价中的应用

目的 利用床位效率指数模型来评价肿瘤医院床位工作效率,为提高医院床位管理水平提供依据。 方法 根据2015年住院患者统计报表数据中的床位使用率和床位周转次数建立床位效率指数模型并分析评价。 结果 床位压床型科室有胸腹放疗科、乳腺放疗科。占科室总数7.41%;床位效率型科室有胃肠外科、泌尿科、乳腺外一科、乳腺外二科、乳腺头颈外科等。占科室总数62.96%;床位闲置型科室有姑息治疗科。占科室总数3.70%;床位周转型科室有胸外科、骨与软组织科、神经外科、核医学科等。占科室总数25.93%。 结论 利用床位效率指数的统计分析方法将床位使用率和床位周转次数综合起来分析医院床位工作效率,为医院管理决策层优化资源配置、充分利用现有资源提供参考依据。

Using bed efficiency index model to evaluate the beds application efficiency of tumor hospital

Objective Using bed efficiency index model to evaluate the beds application efficiency of tumor hospital,and to provide evidence for improving the management of hospital beds. Methods The bed efficiency index model was established based on the reported bed occupancy rate and bed turnover times in 2015. Results Abdominal radiotherapy and breast radiotherapy department had a slow turnover,which accounted for 7.41% of all the department. High turnover departments included gastrointestinal surgery,urology,breast surgery ward,breast surgery two wards,breast and neck surgery,which accounted for 62.96% of the total number. Palliative care department was extremely low,which accounted for 3.70%. Thoracic surgery,orthopedic surgery,neurosurgery,nuclear medicine departments were equal efficiency,which took 25.93%. Conclusion The bed efficiency index was adopted to evaluate the beds application efficiency,and to provide the basis for allocating beds reasonably and taking the maximum potential of the medical resource available.
