淋巴细胞/单核细胞比值在三阴性乳腺癌预后评估中的临床研究

目的 初步探讨外周血中淋巴细胞和单核细胞绝对值的比值（Lymphocyte to Monocyte Ratio,LMR）与三阴性乳腺癌预后的相关性,及与总生存时间的关系。方法 回顾性分析2010年11月1日至2015年12月31日辽宁省肿瘤医院110例行乳腺癌根治术三阴性乳腺癌患者临床病理资料,根据患者术前外周静脉血LMR分为低LMR组（LMR＜4.24,50例）和高LMR组（LMR≥4.24,60例）;采用Kaplan-Meier 生存分析法绘制生存曲线,比较两组患者的5年生存率,分析两组患者临床病理因素与总生存时间的关系。结果 LMR与三阴性乳腺癌之间具有相关性,低LMR组5年生存率为30.00%,高LMR组5年生存率为66.67%;两组相比较,5年生存率差异具有统计学意义（χ2=25.475,P＜0.05）;经Log Rank统计学分析,两组总生存时间相比较,差异具有统计学意义（χ2=6.932,P＜0.05）。结论 在三阴性乳腺癌患者中,术前外周血LMR可作为一个独立的危险因素,影响三阴性乳腺癌患者的预后。

Clinical study of pretreatment lymphocyte to monocyte ratio as a predictor of prognosis in patients with triple-negative breast cancer

Objective To investigate whether lymphocyte to monocyte ratio (LMR) is an effective prognostic factor in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC),and the association between pretreatment LMR and overall survival (OS). Methods Clinical data of 110 patients with triple-negative breast cancer in Liaoning Cancer Hospital from Nov 1st,2010 to Dec 31st,2015 were analyzed retrospectively.According to preoperative LMR,the patients were divided into the low LMR (LMR<4.24,n=50) and the high LMR (LMR≥4.24,n=60).The Kaplan-Meier method was applied to assess overall survival.The 5-year survival rates of two groups were analyzed and compared the clinical pathological characteristics with overall survival. Results The LMR had a significant correlation with triple-negative breast cancer.The 5-year survival rate in the low LMR group and the high LMR group was 30.00% and 66.67%,respectively;compared with the two groups,the 5-year survival rate had a significant difference (χ2=25.475,P<0.05).The overall survival of two groups had a significant difference (χ2=6.932,P<0.05) by Log Rank. Conclusion The LMR level before treatment may be an independent predictor and prognostic factor in patients with triple-negative breast cancer.
