云南省中越边境外籍艾滋病病毒感染者和病人高危行为状况分析

目的 了解云南省中越边境外籍艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者和艾滋病(AIDS)病人(简称HIV/AIDS病例)的基本情况及境内高危行为,为云南边境地区防治策略制定提供依据。方法 2014年12月-2015年2月开展专题调查,对项目地区报告发现的、可找到的所有外籍HIV/AIDS病例,发现一例调查一例。结果 共调查134例外籍HIV/AIDS病例,其中63.4%(85例)为跨境婚姻人群,63.4%(85例)在中国连续居留时间大于12个月,92.5%(124例)经性途径感染。93.3%(125例)的调查对象与中国人发生过性行为,其中73.1%(98例)是配偶(或同居者)性行为,20.2%(27例)是商业异性性行为。在与中国人发生性行为时,最近1年从未使用安全套的占10.4%(14例),有时使用安全套的为29.9%(40例)；2.2%(3/134)与中国人有共用针具注射吸毒行为。结论 外籍HIV/AIDS病例与中国人间有性、吸毒等传播艾滋病的高危行为,是目前云南省中越边境艾滋病流行的主要影响因素。

High risk behaviors of foreign HIV/AIDS patients in China-Vietnam border

Objective To understand the basic situation and the high risk behaviors of foreign HIV/AIDS in China-Vietnam border (Yunnan),and to provide evidence for the prevention strategy of Yunnan border area. Methods Event-specific survey was conducted from Dec.2014 to Feb.2015,the foreign HIV/AIDS who could be found in China-Vietnam border would be investigated. Results 134 foreign HIV/AIDS patients were investigated in total.The percentage of cases in cross-border marriage was 63.4% (85/134),the percentage of cases who had lived in China for over 12 months was 63.4% (85/134),and the percentage of cases who were infected through sexual transmission route was 92.5%(124/134).Among the cases who had sexual behavior with Chinese (93.3%),the proportions of spouse (cohabitation) and commercial sexual behavior were 73.1% (98/134) and 20.2% (27/134).The number of cases who never used condom last year was 10.4% (14/134).The number of cases who sometimes used condom was 29.9% (40/134).2.2% (3/134) had needle sharing drug injection behavior with Chinese. Conclusion The drug sharing and sexual behavior with Chinese among the foreign HIV/AIDS patients,are the main factors of the China-Vietnam border HIV epidemic at present.
