Thumper 1007心肺复苏仪的临床应用复苏效果及其对于关键指标的影响

摘    要:
目的 评价Thumper 1007心肺复苏仪的临床应用复苏效果及其对于关键指标的影响,为临床推广奠定基础。方法 急诊心脏骤停患者400例根据数字化随机原则分为试验组与对照组各200例,在传统复苏基础上,对照组采用人工胸外心脏按压,试验组采用Thumper 1007心肺复苏仪实施胸外心脏按压。结果 试验组的复苏成功率为83.0%,对照组的复苏成功率是65.5%,试验组复苏效果优于对照组(P < 0.05)。对照组和试验组患者在复苏前的SBP和SaO2值差异无统计学意义 (P > 0.05),复苏后5、10 min,2组患者的SBP与SaO2值都有明显上升,试验组患者的SBP和SaO2值都高于对照组(P < 0.05)。试验组复苏前后血清K+和Na+值对比差异无统计学意义(P >0.05),而对照组复苏前后血清K+和Na+值对比差异有统计学意义 (P < 0.05)。对比研究血清中IL-6和IL-8等炎症因子水平发现,复苏前2组患者的炎症因子水平对比差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05),复苏后组内和组间对比差异都有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论 Thumper 1007心肺复苏仪应用于治疗猝死的效果能有效提高复苏效果,促进维持生命体征与血清电解质的稳定,能有效缓解炎症因子的影响,值得推广应用。

Abstract:
Objective The study assessed the effectiveness of the Thumper 1007 device on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the influence of the device on key CPR indicators, so as to lay a foundation for clinical application of the device. Methods 400 emergency patients with sudden cardiac arrest were randomly divided into an experimental group (200 cases) and a control group (200 cases). The control group was treated with conventional CPR with manual external cardiac massage, and the experimental group was subjected to CPR by using Thumper 1007. Results The resuscitation success rates of the experimental group and the control group were 83.0% and 65.5%, respectively; the resuscitation was more effective in the experimental group than in the control group (P<0.05). SBP and SaO2 values between the two groups showed no significant difference before the resuscitation (P>0.05), but exhibited significant increase 5 and 10 minutes after the resuscitation. The SBP and SaO2 values in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Differences in serum K+ and Na+ levels of the experimental group before and after the resuscitation were not statistically significant (P>0.05), while those of the control group changed significantly before and after the resuscitation (P<0.05). Serum IL-6 and IL-8 levels between the two groups before the resuscitation showed no significant difference (P>0.05), but those after the resuscitation were statistically different (P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting Thumper 1007 in treating sudden cardiac arrest can effectively improve the effectiveness of resuscitation, promote maintenance of vital signs and stability of serum electrolytes, and alleviate the influence of inflammatory factors. Therefore, Thumper 1007 is suitable for clinical applications.
