芜湖市育龄妇女心理健康知识知晓率调查及影响因素分析

目的 了解芜湖市育龄妇女心理健康知识知晓情况，分析相关影响因素，为制定下一步宣传工作重点提供科学依据。方法 用分层整群随机抽样方法，从常住人口中抽取1 200名15～49岁的育龄妇女，使用心理健康知识问卷进行调查。 结果 育龄妇女心理健康知识知晓率为40.33%，总平均得分为（13.53±3.37）分，心理健康知识知晓率的与调查地区和调查对象的婚姻状况有关。 结论 芜湖市育龄妇女心理健康知识知晓率较低，开展广泛而有针对性的宣传活动是下一步的工作重点。

An investigation and analysis on the mental health knowledge and awareness among women of childbearing age in Wuhu city

Objective This work was to understand the status of mental health knowledge among women of childbearing age in Wuhu, and to analyze the influencing factors to provide a scientific basis for further work on public health. Methods Stratified cluster random sampling method was used to draw 1200 women between 15 to 49 years old from residents for a questionnaire survey for their mental health knowledge. Results The mental health awareness rate was 40.33% among women of childbearing age, and the total average score was 13.53±3.37. Mental health awareness rate was related to the survey area and marital status of the respondents. Conclusion The psychological health awareness rate among women of childbearing age in Wuhu City was low. Further work should focus on extensive promotional activities.
